This is a brand and product-information website. Imagiland Digital S.L. does not take orders, payments or delivery details here. Product buttons lead to Amazon.co.uk, where Amazon's terms, privacy notice, customer service, delivery and returns processes apply. Amazon acts independently for activity on its service.
Content and intellectual property
Imagiland names, logos, product artwork, photographs, illustrations and site copy are owned by, or licensed to, Imagiland Digital S.L. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Product colours and packaging may vary slightly from on-screen images.

Your visit is private by design
There are no accounts, checkout forms, newsletter forms, advertising pixels or audience analytics on this site. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it to profile visitors. This notice explains the limited technical processing that still occurs when any secure website is delivered.

Imagiland Digital S.L., at the address above, is the controller for processing described in this notice. Contact info@imagiland.es for a privacy question or rights request. This notice covers visits to imagilandd.com and messages you choose to send to that email address. Amazon's own notice applies after you follow an Amazon link.
2. What data may be processed

3. Hosting, recipients and international transfers
The site is hosted and secured by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare routes requests through its global network and may process limited traffic and security data, usually including IP addresses, in the United States, Europe and other locations. For customer logs Cloudflare acts as our processor; it may process certain network and abuse-prevention data for its own stated purposes.
Cloudflare's customer data-processing terms incorporate the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where they are required. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and data processing addendum. Email providers receive message data only when you contact us. We disclose information to authorities or professional advisers only where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
4. Retention
We do not maintain a visitor-profile or analytics database. The language setting remains in your browser until you change it or clear site data. Cloudflare keeps technical and security data only for the periods applicable to the relevant service and security purpose. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to answer the request, manage the business relationship and meet applicable accounting, dispute or legal-retention duties; it is then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies & local storage
No analytics or advertising cookies. The site itself uses one functional local-storage item, imagiland_lang, solely to remember the country/language you select. It is not used for tracking and does not leave your device. You can remove it using your browser's site-data controls.
Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if its bot or challenge protection is triggered, for example cf_clearance. Such a cookie is used to protect and deliver the site, not for Imagiland advertising or audience analytics. Cloudflare documents its security cookies in its cookie reference.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. We may need enough information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile you.
Children
Our games are made for children, but this website is product information for parents and carers. It has no child account, upload, messaging or data-collection feature. Please do not send personal information about a child by email unless it is necessary for a support request.
Changes to this notice
If the site's data practices change, we will update this page and its date before the new processing begins where required. Material features such as analytics or marketing cookies will not be introduced without the notices and choices required by law.
